BladeBoost Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items, clearance items, and customized or personalized orders are not eligible for return.

2. Digital Products:

  • We strive to provide high-quality digital products and ensure that they meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
  • We do not offer returns or refunds on digital products once they have been purchased.
  • We encourage you to review all product descriptions and any relevant information before making your purchase to ensure the product meets your needs.
  • If you encounter any technical issues or have questions about the product, please don't hesitate to contact us! We're happy to assist you and address any concerns.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team at bladeboost@outlook.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • The RAN must be clearly written on the outside of the return package. Returns without an RAN will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

5. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs incurred.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If an item is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for verified defective items.

7. Policy Changes:

  • BladeBoost reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
