BladeBoost Elite Level Hockey Camp – Åseda, Sweden

Our intensive three-day schedule is designed to maximize player development through focused training and real-game application:

• On-Ice Training: 6 ice sessions in total, combining tactical instruction and technical skill work. Each session integrates small-area games, competitive drills, and 5 vs 5 play to reinforce learning in game-like situations.
• Off-Ice Training: Daily dryland sessions focused on building strength, conditioning, and hockey-specific athleticism.

• Shooting & Scoring: Precision, power, and release in high-pressure situations.
• Stickhandling & Puck Control: Mastery in tight spaces and when challenged.
• Hockey IQ & Awareness: Reading plays, anticipating movements, and making smarter decisions on both sides of the puck.
• Skating & Agility: Explosive edge work, acceleration, and agility tailored for game situations.
