Development Programs

Structured, recurring development — not a plan you download once and forget.

How it works

  1. Assessment — skating, puck skills, hockey IQ, physical profile, and goals, evaluated on-ice or by video.
  2. Individual development plan — built around what the assessment actually found, not a template.
  3. Recurring training — private and/or small-group sessions, on-ice and off-ice, scheduled consistently.
  4. Progress tracking — specific, measurable markers, not just a feeling that things are going well.
  5. Development review — a regular check-in on what's improved and what's next.

Who it's for

Competitive players, roughly U14–U20, who want more than a weekly team practice can give them — and families who'd rather commit to a program than buy a one-off plan.

What's included

  • Private and/or small-group coaching, on-ice and off-ice
  • A plan built around your specific weaknesses and goals
  • Ongoing tracking so progress is visible, not assumed
  • For players who reach the right level: an International Pathway Assessment as a natural next step — see Europe → North America
