📅 Program Details

Duration: July 2nd – August 27th, 2026 Practice Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10 AM Mountain Standard time / 6 PM Central Europe. Location: Live via Zoom / WhatsApp (Direct interaction with coaches and peers).

🏋️ What’s Inside the Program?

Our "Progressive Path" starts with the essentials and evolves into high-intensity professional methods as the summer progresses.

• Tuesdays: Speed & Active Mobility
  • Build elite explosiveness through sprints, jumps, and ladder drills.
  • Targeted mobility work (hips, back, hamstrings) to improve skating stride and prevent injury.
• Thursdays: Explosive Strength & Core
  • Lower body power sessions using dumbbells and kettlebells.
  • High-intensity core workouts to dominate on the puck and win battles.

💎 Choose Your Path:

1. THE PRO PACKAGE (2x per week): 16 elite sessions for $299 (Only $19/session!).
2. THE SELECT PACKAGE (1x per week): 8 focused sessions for $159.

• Dumbbells / Kettlebells.
