For Parents
Straight answers for parents evaluating individual coaching or an international pathway for their player.
On development
How is this different from team practice? Team practice is built to run a system for everyone at once. Individual and small-group coaching is built around your player specifically — their weaknesses, their goals, tracked over time.
How often should a player train outside the team? It depends on age, current load, and goals — this is exactly what the initial assessment is for, so the plan fits the player rather than a generic schedule.
On international pathways
Is moving abroad worth it? For the right player, at the right stage, with real preparation — yes. For a player who isn't ready, no amount of opportunity fixes that. This is why evaluation comes before anything else.
What should worry me when evaluating an opportunity abroad? Be skeptical of anyone who guarantees placement, a scholarship, or a contract. Nobody honest can promise outcomes they don't control. Preparation and honest evaluation are what a legitimate program can actually offer.
What does BladeBoost actually do on the international side? Evaluation, preparation, profile-building, and guidance — see Europe → North America for the full picture.
